Milk Hydro Gripping Primer with foundations

I have heard good things about this new primer from Milk but I’ve also heard it does not play well with a lot of foundations. What have you found that works well or not well with it? Also has anyone tried it with a BB cream or tinted moisturizer as I wear that more often as “foundation” than an actual foundation.

So far I've only used it with GIVENCHY - Teint Couture Everwear Foundationand

NARS Soft Matte Complete Full Coverage Longwear Concealer with Hyaluronic Acid Biscuit, both apply beautifully over it, and don't vanish hours later. I usually have issues keeping acne/hyperpigmentation covered all day, with this combination of products so far it's lasted. I still need to try the primer with a few other foundations I have.

@apelzek So IDK about the other commenter, but I use it pretty much exclusively with the Nars Sheer Glow foundation or the Nars Tinted moisturizer and I have been very happy with the results and have seen no pilling or peeling- but I generally use makeup pretty lightly and I'll sheer out my foundation with toner/moisturizer on my makeup brush so maybe that has something to do with it?

Has anyone tried it with YSL All Hours Foundation or Givenchy Matissime Velvet Radiant Mat Fluid Foundation? I purchased the Milk Hydro Gripping Primer during the sale but haven’t used it yet.

It does not work with Guerlain lingerie de peau and tarte babbassu foundcealer. Also it did not leave my face feeling smooth & primed. I had difficulty blending both foundations because my skin was slightly sticky you could say. I don’t think it will work well any foundation that isn’t watery.

I got a custom makeover in store and they used it with the NARS - Sheer Glow Foundation - Mont Blanc sheer glow and it did not play nice it seemed to at first but after I got home it pilled and peeled away.
