I am looking for foundation suggestions that will not transfer onto clothes or phone please.

Hi OP. Look for a foundation with film-forming polymers like acrylates copolymer or trimethylsiloxysilicate listed in the INCI, these are what create a flexible seal on the skin. Also a setting spray with the same film-forming polymers pressed in with a damp sponge after application locks everything significantly better than powder alone.

I think all foundations can potentially transfer. But I would consider purchasing Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Natural Finish Setting Spray with 24HR Wear 4 oz/118 mL - I have not noticed any transfer when I use this over my makeup!
