Hourglass Vanish Foundation Stick Shade?

Anyone here using Shade GOLDEN NATURAL? Tell me your experience please. And what's your other foundation shade? I'm stromboli in nars, im confused between Sand and Golden Natural. So please make a shade comparison here

I wear nars Stromboli in summer and mix it with a lighter shade in winter. I have sand but tried samples of both sand and golden natural. Golden natural looked a bit more yellow on me... but I found them very similar. I preferred sand, slightly less yellow, maybe a hair lighter.
