Help Me, Help My Mother Make the Best of Her Magic Skin

Alright, everyone. I know a lot about skincare and makeup, but most of my knowledge is about ANTI-aging, whereas my mother is in her 60s. She recently asked me for recommendations and help and so I turn to you to help me. She wants something for sun damage and makeup that she can wear for special occasions without looking overly made up. 

For the skin: She has amazingly resilient skin, despite it being dry, where it feels uncomfortable if she doesn't wear moisturizer, she was able to use HAND SOAP to wash her face. She's never done much over the years besides wearing sunscreen at the beach. So it looks great for her age, but she has sun damage she wants to cover up. Because she's aging, has dry skin, etc. and never wears makeup. I recommended a treatment over just concealer. 

For her makeup: she literally never wears makeup. She grew up in the 50s so when she does wear makeup she turns to makeup that tends to be heavier, and not on her preference, just lack of training and knowledge. She likes natural looking makeup.
