Good, yet sheer foundations?

Hi all! I am looking for foundations that have sheer coverage. My skin used to be bombarded with pimples, so I used only full coverage foundations. However, my skin has cleared. The only problem with my skin is that my face is not the same color (my forehead is much darker than the rest of my face) and I was wondering if any of you guys know of good foundations with sheer coverage.

Re: Good, yet sheer foundations?

@ashminnn Guerlain's Lingerie De Peau BB Cream is beautiful on the skin. It gives a natural radiance without looking overly dewy and wears nicely throughout the day. It does have a scent, so if that bothers you I would recommend trying Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk.

RE: Good, yet sheer foundations?

In addition to all the other replies about NARS- I’ll add another one, lol. NARS Sheer Glow. Apply with a B.B./Sponge and you’ve got a nice sheer to medium foundation. It will move around a bit if you don’t set it, and it’s definitely not transfer proof without setting, but it’s a good foundation that will last you a long time.

Re: Good, yet sheer foundations?

@ashminnn when I’m having good skin days and only need a sheer foundation to even out my skin tone, I love using Giorgio Armani’s Maestro Fusion foundation. It goes on sheet but can be built up to medium coverage if desired. It wears beautifully all day and works great on my skin when it is combo and oily.

Re: Good, yet sheer foundations?

@ashminnn Cheers to you for clearing up your skin! You might want to check out tinted moisturizers or CC and BB creams if you're just looking to even out tone. My faves are the NARS Radiant Tinted Moisturizer and the new FAB Ultra Repair, just enough coverage to look like you've got naturally perfect skin 🙂

The other option could be powdered foundations; aside from being super quick to put on, I find they blend seamlessly and can be built up in specific areas for more coverage.

RE: Good, yet sheer foundations?

The new NARS hydration foundation is good or you can use the bare minerals foundation as well
