Foundation

Hey everyone. I am looking for a water based foundation. Everything that I use.. just sits on my skin and looks cakey. I am used MILK hydrogrip primer and Fenty beauty setting powder(lightly). Any suggestions would be great. 

I have used KVD Lock it, It cosmetics cc cream, Wet-n-Wild Dewy Photofocus, and Estée Lauder Double Wear.
