Foundation shade match

Hello complexion community, I'm an lightskin native American.  I don't know if I'm warm undertone or cool undertone. I always thought I was neutral but every neutral foundation I've tried is always too light. My perfect foundation is too faced born this way in shade porcelain. Like it's my skintone in a bottle. I also like to go a little bit darker to match my neck since my face is whiter than My neck and everytime I try to match My face it always looks too light. And by no means is it really much darker it just basically evens out my skintone as I have a uneven skin color. I also fell in love with benefit happy foundation with the 15 spf, it's been discontinued. But I was shade 2 which was a little orange on me but it didn't look bad at all. Now when I put those 2 shades to match to other foundations it gives me 2 totally different shades that are no where near each other. For example it gave me 200 in the huda foundation and than 250. (I still haven't tried to shade match that one yet.) I even went to sephora and got shade match for the the Hourglass Stick Foundation and even when they took my skintone the shade she try to put on me was too light. Well she came back with a shade darker and it looked good instore but when I tried it out of store it was too light on me also. And my skin tone for the sephora shade matcher is light 3 warm 1 and intensity 2. Now my question is, is anyone in shade too faced porcelain? And if you can give Me your shade matches to other brands that would be amazing as I'm struggling even when I get shade matched in store.
