Foundation/primer for combo skin that hides texture?

I have combo, acne prone skin. Right now my t-zone, especially my nose, is dehydrated as hell and winter is coming (GOT pun intended). I'm looking for a high coverage foundation or a smoothing primer that isn't going to exaggerate my nasty scaly skin. I ain't trying to look like an alligator. Please help. 🙏
