I use Estรฉe Lauder double wear in desert beige, what shade would match in Too Faced.born this way foundation?

If you're Desert Beige in Estee Lauder's Double Wear Foundation, I'd go for the shade Golden Beige in the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation. The Golden Beige shade is for light to medium skin tones with a golden undertone.
