Foundation for sensitive skin and peach fuzz?

My face was cursed with very sensitive skin (redness, eczema, crazy dryness, blotchyness) and lots of peach fuzz!  Im not interested in hair removal as I've tried waxing a part of my face and it only made matters worse. 

I have trouble finding foundations because of my issues. Mostly everything looks cakey / patchy, irritates my face, and makes my peach fuzz more noticeable. The ONLY thing that works for me is Maybelline Dream BB cream but they only have like 5 shades and coverage fades quickly. 

Does anyone have recommendations for foundations safe for sensitive, eczema prone skin that does not make peach fuzz stand out? Or any tips I could implement into my beauty regime (besides hair removal) in order to make foundation sit better on my face?
