Foundation for Fair skin with neutral undertones + Dry skin

I have the hardest time finding a foundation with the right color match for my skin.

First, I'm very dry, and want med-full coverage, with a natural finish.

I'm fair (not porcelain white), nearly all of the light shades I've tried are too pink. I'm not pink or yellow.

I tried It Cosmetics, the Fair was a close match, but too pink. Light was too dark.

I love the coverage of the Tarte Hybrid gel foundation, the fair-light neutral was a close match, but too dark. The porcelain, was a close match but too white. 

I really like the finish of Bare Minerals Tinted gel cream in Birch 1.5 was a close match, but didn't provide enough coverage.  Kat Von D was too drying. UD One and Done has the loveliest coverage and it's so hydrating for my very dry skin, but the light shades are way too pink.  HELP!

I’ve been using he Too Faced Born this Way foundation in shade Swan, It says it has pink undertones but I find it looks more neutral (my skin is Fair Neutral and combo/dry). I use it with the Hangover primer and it feels really nice in my face
