Colored setting powder-under eye circles

I have used correctors and concealers from all different brands, but I still have a shadow under my eyes from the dark circles. Will a colored setting powder like Huda Easy baking powder help, make it worse or not make any difference?

@mrsw09 hi there,  I am a sephora beauty insider community ambassador and I do find using a lavender powder like Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder Lavender  or a subtle pink powder really do help brighten the under eye
