Color IQ - perfect match or not?

Has anyone ever gotten a perfect match from doing the color IQ just once?

I got matched in store for my color IQ (I'm 4Y07) and the SA referred me to the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation.  I have been wearing it, and it fits me perfectly!  I've heard people say iffy things about the color IQ machine in general, but I feel like it went pretty well for me.  I did go in wearing makeup, and they only took a little bit of makeup off of my forehead and jawbone, and then they tested those two areas along with my neck.

I do want to know who has gotten their color IQ correctly from just the one test?

My color IQ matches tend to be very good. But I'm also a 1Y06, the lightest shade possible, with neutral undertones, so I'm fairly easy to match. I think it gets a lot trickier when your shade changes between seasons, or you have color variations in your skin.
