Clarisonic Mia Smart questions

I just got a Mia Smart since you can use so many more attachments such as massage head and exfoliating. However, I'm having issues:

1. When registering the device, every number I could find would not work.

2. Can you not do more than two routines daily? I want to do cleansing or exfoliation, massage, and eye massage. I can do the cleanse/exfoliate no problem, but when I then go to massage, it barely does anything. But I can do the eye massage no problem.
