Can't keep makeup on my nose!

I have been having a problem getting my foundation to stay on my nose! I have tried a few different face primers, but nothing seems to work. As soon as I accidentally touch my nose or try to apply contour or highlight my foundation seems to just wipe off (*cry*). A couple of people have recommended to me to try an eye shadow primer on my nose before using foundation. I am kind of new to this product, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good one for this situation? I have very fair/pale skin, so I sometimes have a difficult time finding anything that matches my skin tone. I'm also open to other suggestions to help keep my foundation on!

Thanks!

Re: Can't keep makeup on my nose!

You could try different primers, but what about the foundation? It sounds like you have an oily nose, try a foundation that combats oil to keep you matte. Like the Estee Lauder double wear foundation.

I do not have oily skin, however I used to use Revlon Color Stay and it was actually making my skin oily, leading to excessive touch ups in my T-Zone.

Another thing---SETTING POWDER!! My all time favorite; Laura Mercier or a drugstore favorite; Coty Airspun. I swear I never get oily because I set my t-zone immediately after applying foundation. If you've heard the term "baking" I suggest putting a generous amount of powder on your nose and letting it sit there for a minute or 2 before contouring. xoxo good luck!

just put less or no primer on your nose. I had the same issue and it helps.

If it's not staying then I would definitely give an eye primer a try . I mean what's the worst that could happen? It doesn't work? I use bareMinerals little eye primer tube and my eyeshadow will stay on for 24 hours. So I could only imagine what it would do for your nose.
