Best primer for Too Faced Born This Way?

Should I get something that's water based or silicone based? Would an oil primer like no28 work well?I have dry skin so I'm definitely looking for something that is hydrating!

I agree with the last reply about the Hangover primer!! But if you want to amp that up even more and have your base glowing and hydrated to the gods then definitely have the Bobbi Brown vitamin face base underneath as well!
