Best Oil Free/ Non-Comedogenic Foundation

What are some good medium to buildable or full coverage, oil free/ non- comedogenic foundations for oily, acne prone skin that doesn't oxidize (that's a huge problem for me)?

What primer works well with it?

My absolute favorite foundation use to be the NARS All Day foundation but the new formula is horrible.  I'm currently using the Pat McGrath Sublime Foundation.

Hi @RAWRitsRED  - My all time favorite foundation is the Dior Airflash Spray foundation. It's medium coverage, but it's super lightweight so it's buildable. The Sephora Collection Perfection Mist Airbrush Foundation is another good one if you're looking for a more inexpensive option.
