foundation/powder help

Hi! So i'm having a hard time finding a good makeup for me. My two main issues are A) the company NEEDS to be CRUELTY FREE....and B) cannot contain Mica. An interesting trip to the beach in late 90's with a bottle of caboodles glitter body spray helped me discover i have a terribly allergy to mica....can't use it...can't touch it..i break out if i touch a greeting card covered in glitter made of mica ( which most is).... I've tried Tarte in the past but the amazonian clay is too much for my skin and i broke out terribly from it....anyone have any suggestions...

 

i have combination fair skin....
