Which to apply first in skincare routine??

Hey everyone! So I'm currently using the Korres Wild Rose Vitamin C Serum and the Khiels Midnight Recovery Concentrate in my skincare routine. I love both products but as I'm researching more on skincare I actually stumbled upon an esthetician that said you use serums before moisturizer and oils after. I know the Korres product literally says serum in it, but the Khiels one says to use under a moisturizer yet it's technically a blend of essential oils? My question is basically which one do I use before my moisturizer and which one after? Sorry for the long post but I appreciate any answers. Thanks!

@DjKaity you can always do trial and error and see what works best. Typically you start from thinnest to thickest in consistency. I use the Kiehl’s concentrate before by serums. So for me the Kiehl’s concentrate then my serum then my moisturizer and an oil on top or overnight mask.
