You need CAUDALIE - Beauty Elixir. It isn't a moisturizer, more of a tonic that you can use at anytime. Read through some of the reviews and you'll see how it helps people struggling with large pores.

To reduce the appearance of pores, I would recommend a glycolic moisturizer to help promote cell turnover and to keep your skin exfoliated as well as hydrated! Kate Somerville has a great glycolic moisturizer!

Maybe you were thinking of a primer to make pores appear smaller? Primers can temporarily blur pores...

You can't reduce the size of pores, @carolinelily15. But keeping them clean can help them be less noticeable. Oil cleansing as a first cleanse, using clay masks once a week, and using a BHA (salicylic acid) serum are all great for this purpose.
