Water-based primer?

I need a good reccomendation for a water-based primer that will work well with too faced born this way foundation. I’m currently using a primer that I think is too hydrating for my skin. I have combination skin but it seems to be getting oily lately especially in my t zone throughout the day and causing my makeup to come off. I do use setting powder and spray and everything else I’m supposed to do so I think I need to try a different primer. Needs to be water based and work well with the foundation I used, like I said.

Their Hangover primer is water based and works well. It's honestly a little pricey to me, but I don't know of any others that are water based.
