Skincare Alternatives

I have been using the Kate Somerville exfolikate cleanser daily foaming wash, exfolikate intensive exfoliating treatment, and the exfolikate glow moisturizer. I love these products and I have truly noticed a difference in my skin - my pores are smaller, my skin is even colored, and it’s so soft. My only problem is the price. What is a cheaper and good alternative to these products? I would say I have a combination skin type.

Skincare Alternatives

I agree that $65 is a lot to spend at one time for a moisturizer, so I've been going to the Kate Somerville website and ordering the minis/stocking stuffer sizes instead. The Exfolikate Glow moisturizer is $20 for a 0.5 ounce jar, so ultimately it works out to about the same long-term cost of the regular jar, but it may be a little easier to space out the cost. I also prefer the smaller containers for travel.

Skincare Alternatives

I won't give up my exfoli-kate cleanser for love or money, but I have found a remarkably cheap alternative to the moisturizer. It's called Neutrogena Hydro Boost multivitamin booster and despite being under $20 it has hyaluronic acid and a brightening effect. It even works well around my sensitive eye area.
