What is the best serum for a bit dry or normal skin with acceptable budget.

Have you looked at The Ordinary, and @greeneyedgirl107 mentioned The Inkey List, they have some great choices without being overly expensive.

For dry skin, I like The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil 1 oz/ 30 mL just a drop after my skin care before bed is 👌 and they have a few different vitamin c options too.
