Primers

I can't decide between YSL's Touche Eclat Blur Primer and Touch in Sol's No Poreblem Primer. Both have great reviews, the no poreblem primer maybe a bit better, but the YSL one is beautiful. I have combo skin and I'm mainly looking for a pore-filling and radiant primer. Any advice?

Re: Primers

The Touch in Sol's No Problem Primer changed my life! I would definitely go for that one! I put it on pretty early in my makeup routine to make sure it really settles in.

RE: Re: Primers

Thank you! I'll most likely go for that one.

out of those two I would chose the touch in sol one, but...

out of those two I would chose the touch in sol one, but the Dr. Brandt pores no more illuminating primer or the Lancome visionairre one minute blur are my favorite pore primers. They don't get as rolly as other pore refining primers.

I will definitely check those two primers out, thanks for your help!

Re: Primers

Have you tried a sample of either or both?

I would be interested in learning about these two as well. Any primer that is pore filling ends up making my foundation slide 😞 I guess I need to learn the trchnique better.

Associate in store suggested touch in Sol’s but I wasn’t aware of the brand at that time and didn’t take a sample. I did take sample of Cover FX Matt primer and it seemed to work ok for filling in pores. I patted it in which made foundation stick/ saty on it better rather than using traditional slide/swipe in motion that I use for moisturizer (hope that makes sense) .

Re: Primers

I won't be able to get a sample of touch in sol's as it's not available at any sephora nearby (so sad), but I will try to sample YSL's! I'll look into the Cover FX primer as well. I think I'll also try patting primers in instead of swiping like you mentioned. Thanks for your help!
