Primer

Anyone have a good reccomendation for a primer for someone with dry cheeks, slight oily nose, and hormonal breakouts on chin.

This is a sunscreen that truly doubles wonderfully as a primer - it has a gorgeous luminescent quality but also blurs imperfections and keeps my oily t-zone balanced.
