Non-cakey Setting Powder Recs, Please!

Looking for setting powder recommendations. I have large pores (combo skin) and no matter what I try, my foundation looks cakey and my pores look super prominent. I’ve tried Cover Fx (matte and regular versions) and Laura Mercier; and tried applying with a damp beauty blender as well as a brush. Open to pressed or loose powders. Thank you!

Have your tried using mineral powder foundation? It is really good for large pores and doesn't look cakey. Bare minerals loose matte mineral powder foundation or Tarte amazonian clay powder foundation are both excellent!
