No Flashback set/bake

Does Cover FX illuminating setting powder perform well with flash photography? Also, I'm looking for powder to set and bake with that can be picked up with a sponge, w/ no flashback.

I've been curious about the illuminating powder as well!  I'd love to know if it's any good and if it's shimmery or if it actually looks nice.  If someone has an answer, pls tag me!
