New to Makeup :)

hi!

I made it one of my goals this year to try makeup. i’ve been doing as much research as I can, but i’d appreciate it some help. I just want to start simple, with a primer, foundation, concealer and some blush. I have combo, sensitive skin and often get redness on my cheeks. what products should I try?

Hi, @noirx !  I have combo/oily skin.  Here are products I use or have tried.

Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 1.7 oz/ 50 mL .  This can be used as a primer and will address your redness.  It looks green in the jar, but dries down to beige.  The beige was too dark for my past white skin.

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer Value Size - 2 oz/ 60 mL .  I've been using this primer for years.

Bobbi Brown Skin Color Corrector Stick .  I use this as both a color corrector and concealer (redness, pimples, under eyes).

DIOR Dior Forever Matte Skincare Foundation  You don't indicate if you want a matte or glowy foundation.  I use this Dior matte foundation.  It also comes in a glowy version.

DIOR Dior Forever Skin Glow Hydrating Foundation  Glowy version.

Gucci Luminous Matte Beauty Blush 05 Rosy Beige  My fave neutral blush that looks good with most everything.

Saie Dew Blush Liquid Cream Blush  I don't recommend starting with a liquid blush.  If that's what you have in mind, I like this one.
