Looking for simple, cheap, but effective skin routine

hey there! 

i have combo skin, which tends to always peel near my left eye/eyebrow area, and sometimes by my cheeks. I'm also oily in the t zone. any skincare routine recommendations? I'm looking for a cleanser, scrub/exfoliator, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. thanks in advance! 😉
