ISO: moisturizer for winter for combo skin!

Hi all! I have drastically combination skin that is sometimes a little more oily and I'm prone to breakouts. I'm looking for a winter moisturizer (I live in New England and the winters are harsh!) that will hydrate the dry parts without making the rest super oily. I've liked this Tatcha cream in the past, but I'm worried it won't be hydrating enough in the winter. Any thoughts?

I live in upstate NY and and do snow removal, so I work outside in the winter. I found Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture really worked well for me as I also have combination skin.

I've had good results with the following moisturizers during the winter months - Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream; Blithe Tundra Chaga Pressed Serum; Jurlique Rose Moisture Plus Moisturizing Cream.  I've also found that my skin is better hydrated and moisturized if I use a hyaluronic acid serum under the moisturizer - hyaluronic acid is a humectant (i.e., an ingredient that binds moisture / helps keep skin hydrated). Skin Inc. and Dr. Dennis Gross (both available at Sephora), Skinceuticals, The Ordinary.,  and Mizon are a few brands that carry a good hyaluronic acid serum.

I was surprised by how moisturizing / hydrating I found the Blithe pressed serums to be. I haven't tried everything, but I have liked what I've tried from that brand.
