Help!

Hi, I’m new here and am in need of skincare that is affordable. There are so many different products, moisturizer and this oil or that. I have no idea what to do for AM or PM? I’m 37 and want to look 37 for a while! Lol oh, also when I do my makeup how do I make it not look caked? Lol
