Fungal acne

I've been struggling with fungal acne for a year. I've been eating healthy, working out, and getting sleep. Nothing is working! Any products or advice?

Hey girly!! So I think I have the same problem but my acne is in my cheeks something I’ve personally noticed that has helped me is a Benzoyl Peroxide Facewash (AT NIGHT ONLY) and the Paula’s Choice Acne Free Moisturizer I stopped washing my face in the morning but I’ve heard that the Tower 28 is a good facial spray for the morning and put on the Paula’s Choice Moisturizer Acne Free and I’ve heard recently too that if you mix in castor oil and moisturizer it’s like good but I haven’t tried it myself I saw a girl on tiktok hoped this helped!!😊😊
