i really hate how unrealistic sephora’s return policy is. i went to return the drunk elephant aha mask because i had a reaction to it, but the employee thought i stole it and refused to return it (hadn’t been 30 days and was on my account). i was too busy and blatantly to scared to go back and try again (the product is $80!!) and i just really wanted to exchange it tbh. i tried contacting support yesterday because i still haven’t been able to use the product, and they weren’t understanding at all. i really don’t want to shop at sephora anymore honestly. i get busy and have a life. i can’t drop everything to drive an hour to sephora to return something (then get told i’m lying and stealing) in a month! i work 60 hours a week. all i wanted was store credit for a product i have proof of purchasing! :((((
