Concealer breaks up on my face

I don’t like to use foundation, as I like a more natural skin look, but I do have some acne that I like to spot conceal without covering my freckles up. I’m using smashbox primerizer underneath and tarte aquaconcealer to spot conceal and just blended out with my sponge. I find though that my make up breaks up, especially around my chin, and gives me a cakey look that’s really killing my “fresh skin” vibe. Any tips on how to prevent this? Or better products to use?

I also prefer to use concealer instead foundations. I also used to use the Tarte Aqua, but stopped using it because it also started to break up on my skin. My two favorites as of now are the Estee Lauder Double Wear concealer and the NARS Soft Matte Complete concealer. The Estee Lauder concealer I love for evening out my skin/t-zone. It looks sooo natural, yet flawless! The only "downside" is if I have a big breakout, it doesn't completely cover it..But the NARS concealer does a wonderful job in terms of coverage and longevity! I like to use both in conjunction, but I'd also reccommend both on their own!

Try the new Fenty concealer! I love it! The whole Fenty line is designed to be oil proof and sweat proof. I am very happy with the concealer 🙂
