Clogged Pores

I have a lot of clogged pores in my nose. I have tried many different masks, exfoliants, and pore strips to try to minimize my pores and clear them, and have only found minimal success in using the clarisonic and heavier masks such as the boscia luminizing black charcoal mask. Nothing really seems to work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Clogged Pores

I had stubborn pores on nose and cheeks even with exfoliants until I started doing a double cleanse at night. I added Clinique take the day off cleansing balm before my regular cerave cleanser and this is now the cleanest my skin has ever felt without irritating my combination + sensitive skin. It gets every bit of gunk off without over drying.

RE: Clogged Pores

Try Sephora’s purifying and mattifying mud mask. It’s amazing and quite cheap. Papaya enzyme masks are also great. Additionally you should probably check your skincare and makeup products to see if they contain any comedogenic ingredients.

RE: Clogged Pores

Pore strips are temporary fix and they enlarge your pores with time. You need a good scrub try the fresh sugar scrub as for mask the glam glow super mud will SAVE YOUR LIFE it will take all the gunk out of ur skin and the fresh rose floral toner will work wonders on your skin too. Get a good moisturizer and you’ll be good this stuff takes time but with these products you should be good it’s what worked for me

RE: Clogged Pores

Philosophy’s pore extractor mask, you’ll see immediate ratification . To help minimize pores, a toner such as ptr 8%glycolic toner and a treatment like tarte’s knock out treatment

Re: Clogged Pores

@gracecuddihy I like to use Sunday’s Riley’s Good Genes about 2-3x a week to help with exfoliating my t-zone to avoid clogged pores. In addition to that, I’ll use a good charcoal mask like GlamGlow’s Super Mud once a week and a pore strip once a week. When I give SR Good Genes a little break, I like to use Kate Somerville’s ExfoliKate in my t-zone after I cleanse my face to also help with getting rid of my clogged pores. I have had success with this process- just remember to avoid overexfoliating!
