Soooo I’ve bought a couple of the new Clinique iD skincare items. I’ve only opened one so far but I want to know am I missing something? The serum in the cartridge (orange part pictured) isn’t coming out. Should I return it? Or does it take awhile for it to pump out? Help! Lol

@RavenxDesiree you put the serum tube into the jelly bottle correct, to make it the pump? It pumps both the jelly and serum at the same time; 90% base, 20% serum. So don't expect tons of serum to come out. Normally pumps take a few pumps to dispense. The ones at the Clinique counter I played with, worked fine right away.

Yes that’s what I did. Is the serum clear? Or should  it be the color or the cartridge? Like should it come out orange? I even looked at the nozzle as i pumped it and only the serum came out on one side. It’s hard to explain lol

@RavenxDesiree if you saw clear, you only got the jelly out. That is clear.

The color of the serum cartridge is the color of the serum, so is physically orange. 

Try poking the pump opening (there's two as you found out) with a toothpick, may clear anything stuck in there. If it still doesn't come out, exchange. Can even take it to a Clinique counter to make sure it's defective.
