35 Skin Care Regimen! Oily/Combo

Hello! I just turned 35 and I'm looking to evolve my self care regimen. I am TOTALLY new to a skin care regimen. I'm looking for something beginner friendly, and vegan products.

I have:

-oily skin -large pores - dark circles - eye puffiness -uneven skin tone -I do have sensitive/acne prone skin as well

If you are totally new, I would start with Cerave or La Roche Posay because they are beginner friendly. I would use the cerave pm lotion for night and daytime wear, TOLERIANE PURIFYING FOAMING FACIAL WASH, innisfree Daily UV Defense Invisible Broad Spectrum SPF 36 Sunscreen 3.38 oz / 100 mL or whatever drugstore sunscreen, some type of retinol maybe for the dullness/texture Shani Darden Skin Care Retinol Reform® Treatment Serum 1 oz / 30 mL or cerave retinol, for eyes I would use drugstore ROC brand.
