Looking for a good facial exfoliater for sensitive skin!

I'm not a fan of manual exfoliants. My skin is dry and sensitive so Lactic Acid works the best for me. Its gentler than say glycolic. My favorite is the Lactic Acid from The Ordinary. I actually use the 10% and have had not irritation. And it has Hyaluronic Acid to help hydrate.

@Reebeccca  My skin is prone to inflammation, so I use exfoliants no more than 3 times a week. 

I can reliably handle Paula's Choice RESIST Advanced Smoothing Treatment 10% AHA: it's a blend of 4 AHAs (glycolic, lactic, malic, and tartaric) + 0.5% BHA (salicylic acid). It also contains several skin soothers: licorice root, green tea, oats, chamomile, allantoin, and bisabolol. Note: it can still cause tingling, thanks to the glycolic acid. I use it just once a week. 

My skin also likes The INKEY List Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) Gentle Exfoliating Toner 3.4 oz/ 100 mL . I also like to use this once a week, or sometimes I'll use it instead of the AHA I mentioned earlier. I never get any tingling with this exfoliant. 

I also use a separate BHA exfoliant, depending on how my pores look and whether or not I have new acne forming. All my BHA products are made by Paula's Choice in varying strengths (from 2 to 9%), and I choose one according to what my skin seems to need that day. BHA also counts toward my "exfoliate no more than 3 times a week" rule.

I have sensitive skin (my dermatologist calls it "delicate"), and I like Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ AHA + BHA Mask 1.69 oz/ 50 mL . I find chemical exfoliators effective and gentler on my skin than exfoliating scrubs, and this one makes my skin so soft.
