My little sister is starting to get into makeup and stuff a little bit and I wanted to get her a few things to go along with it but I’m not sure what or what brand would be good because she’s only 10. I was thinking just like a light moisturizer with spf in it and a gentle cleanser but I’m not quite sure.

@tayles I highly recommend checking out Clinique. They are hypoallergenic and tend not to sell anything super ostentatious so they are good for younger girls. Plus they have great little gift sets!! 

The moisture surge is one of my faves for teens. The lippie is hydrating and fairly sheet and the two moisture items are gentle and cult favorites!

The pep start hydro rush is a nice day moisturizer with spf!

I use Origins eyeliner and mascara and they do not irritate my eyes at all. Their eyeliner has cucumber and camomile extracts. So very safe makeup line for skin. Try Also Origins Ginzing line. I got their cleanser for my teenage niece (which is very mild scrub) and they also have a tinted moisturizer with spf , And she loves them both. I agree with the other advice on tinted moisturizers with spf. Great way to get them to use spf without extra steps.

Because she's so young I wouldn't recommend too much. A tinted moisturizer with SPF (BB cream or CC cream) would be perfect if she's wanting to even out her skin a little. Supergoop has a great one with SPF 35, plus the added bonus of a fun name to interest a 10 year old. As for a cleanser I LOVE Fresh Soy Face Cleanser. It's super gentle, very little scent, and your face is left soft. It's also a great brand with other good things she can discover when she gets a little older.

Make sure to teach her the importance of sunscreen and to wash her face every night before bed if shes wearing makeup. I wish I had been better when I was younger. Tech 'em early and they'll have great skin later on!!!
