Re: Toner for dry skin

Hi @gabyyyyarceeee! My skin goes from combination (late spring thru summer) to dry / very dry (fall, winter and spring). When it's on the dry side, I've found the following toners to provide an extra layer of moisture that my dry skin craves, all are within the $20 - $40 price range -

Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin™ Skin Barrier Serum Toner 5.07 oz / 150 mL  ($39) - the Ceramidin line is very good for dry skin, particularly the moisturizer

If it's hydration that your skin needs, these toners might be of interest to you -
innisfree Green Tea Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Toner 5.41 oz / 160 mL  ($22)

Re: Toner for dry skin

As someone who has combination skin, I would really recommend the #Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore-Tight Toner. This toner is specifically designed to refine pores and hydrate the skin. I’ve been using it since March and have noticed a real difference in my skin. I no longer get random dry patches and it really does make my skin “glow”, henceforth the name. I also have eczema and have not noticed any skin irritations or flare ups from this product. They offer several different sizes at different price points and product will last you a long time. Sephora also offers a trial size of this and their watermelon dew drops in theibirthday month redemption reward lineup, so you could potentially get it for free! Hope this helps, also if you do get it and like it you should try their dew drops. It melts like butter onto the skin and make my skin feel so incredibly soft! Korean skin care has changed my skin and hopefully it can do the same for you!

@gabyyyyarceeee not sold at Sephora really but you might do a little bit of looking into Asian skincare toners and emulsions.  A lot of them are specifically targeted to address dehydrated skin and the prices are honestly incredibly reasonable.
