Summer Fridays Mint Lip Balm

Hey! So my Summer Friday's Mint Lip Balm busted open around the applicator! Am I allowed to bring it to Sephora and get a replacement of the product? I cannot even squeeze out product without it coming out the side... right before it reaches the applicator. I got it for Christmas in 2024, and I'm really disappointed that it has busted open around the applicator, because this is my favorite lip balm brand ever, and I have never had this problem with my other ones. Please let me know if I can take it to Sephora and get a replacement! Thank you!
