Scuba diving & face sunscreen

Hi all - 

I am going on a scuba diving trip and want to make sure I get the best face sunscreen. Do you have any experience with particular brands?

I've been told that you should buy products with titanium oxide or zinc oxide, so I looked for those, but I don't want to use the same stuff on my face since I have oily/combination skin. I know I'll be reapplying constantly, and the last time I put on my regular face sunscreen, I broke out on my face and chest. 

Any recommendations would be much appreciated! Thank you!
