Non-drying Firming Cream?

Looking for an effective firming neck cream that doesn’t dry your skin out.  Several I have tried just leave my skin dehydrated.  Clean ingredients preferred due to sensitive skin.  Any ideas are appreciated.

Eminence organics has a great one for this. Sadly, their products aren’t available from Sephora or Ulta. Look at LovelySkin’s website
