What is the best modest makeup for my twelve year old family member that isn’t too expensive?

Wet n wild,elf nxy, maybiline these are some good brands❤️❤️❤️ also at her age I would personally only get a concealer, blush and mascara @Livvy1919 here are some of my personal favorites from the  drugstore:

concealer-the elf hydrating concealer $7

Blush- elf’s liquid camo blush $7

mascara- Maybiline great lash $8

@Livvy1919 I would say Elf and wet n wild. I would stick to Blush, mascara, and concealer.
