“Clean fragrance” means different things to different people now, so I’d focus more on the scent profile and how sensitive you are rather than the label itself.

If you like fresh/clean-smelling fragrances, look for notes like:
musk
neroli
bergamot
soft woods
skin scents

And if you’re sensitive, alcohol-heavy or very essential-oil-heavy fragrances can sometimes be more irritating.
