Black heads

My black heads are getting bad and I don't know what to do with it. I wash my face twice a day but it doesn't seem to be working. I even have a exfoliating face wash.

@HairSkinFace bha will be your best friend.   Start with Paula's Choice 2% and give from there...I use their 8%.

innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Detoxing Clay Mask with AHAs + Oil Control ​ 3.38 oz / 100 ml is great.

Oil blotting sheets are good when used routinely.   Target has nice ones. 

A gentle liquid cleanser like First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser – Gentle Hydrating Cleanser 5 oz/ 150 mL is nice.

Kiehl's makes a microdermabrasion scrub i love.

If youre still struggling try rx strength differin.  And if that doesn't work as a derm if youre a candidate for Retin-A.
