Lawless or Ilia foundation?

Hi I have just started transitoning to all clean beuty 🙂

Which is better?! I currently have Lawless-Woke Up Like this but the coverage is a little too heavy for what I like on a daily basis. Any recommendations for coverage similar to NARS Sheer Glow (fav non-clean beauty)?

I haven’t tried the Lawless foundations but I did start using the Ilia a few months ago and LOVE IT!!! It’s light weight and I find it’s quite buildable to about a medium coverage foundation. I use just under half a pump and it gives such a beautiful natural light-medium coverage and finish. I tried the nars sheer glow prior to Ilia but didn’t like how it seemed to look caked towards the end of the day. Sheer glow had a bit more coverage than Ilia.. When the Ilia foundation fades, it’s not patchy and doesn’t look cakey.  It also doesn’t hide or change the color of my freckles. I’ve only been applying with my fingers and tapping with a sponge to remove streaks.

i also used Kosas in the summer but like Ilia more cuz it doesn’t make me as shiny.

I just ordered Ilia super serum skin tint. Did you also use any of the powder or shimmer sticks? The whole line looks amazing.

Have you tried Tarte’s Sea foundation? It is a sheer/natural foundation but has buildable coverage. It might be worth picking up a sample of. I wish there were more options for clean foundation!
