Dull skin

My skin seems so dull and I don’t want to try a product and it not work for me or break me out. I’m thinking of trying to a youth to the people product but I really don’t want to spend $44 is there any other products out there that work well with giving skin a glow? I feel my face is matte and no shine . I’d also like a recommendation for fixing the skin barrier as I feel overexfoliating did this .

Hi! When I feel my skin is dull I use like any of the peter thomas roth masks. I love the quality of these masks. Each one gives my skin a boost when I'm looking tired, dull, dry, or even breaking out. They are pricey too but you can buy a set of small samples for $20!
