STILLA & Too Faced highlighters

What's the deal with these mushy highlighters? I bought KITTEN and i can't figure out how to apply it brushes don't work nor does the beauty blender seems my fingers is the only thing that the products transfers best with. kinda annoyed not my goto highlighter. Same deal with my blinded by the light too faced highlighter. it's so packed in, it just doesn't transfer to my face like a certain brand of highlighter i purchased that does not sell at Sephora.

With my Stila Highlighters, I have found it best to apply with my fingers also.

Are you referring to the Stila putty highlighters? If so, my Anastasia #23 brush is great for picking up pigment and transferring onto my face for highlight.
