Rare Beauty liquid blush patchy?

Hey guys! In October last year I bought the Soft Pinch blush in shade Bliss. I’ve used it only several times since(I have Encourage which I use more often). Today I reached for it since I was going for a summer color. When I tried it on, it applied really patchy and yellowish watery like it was separating. I tried shaking the bottle which helped a little bit with the separating but it still applies patchy and pigment barely shows up. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue? I don’t think it has to do with bacteria growth since I’m very careful about hygiene with my makeup and never apply directly to my face. I also have sensitive skin so I was wondering if this was normal and safe to put on the skin?

I haven’t had this issue… maybe it’s gone bad or needs to be shaken up more? I would contact the brand and ask.
